In 2009, I created my first blog, i was too confused what to do and how to do, I started trying and trying, exploring blogger, each and everything one by one, sometime i succeed and sometimes failed but not stopped trying. At that time i knew nothing about blog and blogging. I just heard that as you wrote your diary, you can write on blog.
Till now, I have build and managed 20+ blogs, and in all this time i have learned many things.
Creating a blog is so easy, so no age matters, a school student or a 60-70 years old person can create a blog. It don't required any special skills like coding etc, if you aware of coding (html, css), its a plus point for you but without coding knowledge, you can easily make and manage a blog.

1) First, decide what will be your blog about
When you start build a blog, you need a topic to decide for your blog, for eaxaple I made a blog for personal and life experience named it Envision, I wrote about politics, science, technology, environment or any current affair to my blog Miscellaneous Notes. Like wise you can also decide a topic for your blog. Decide a blog type for which you can write a article post.
Best thing to start is the idea which you have in your mind, if you expert of something, u can write about it. If you are a passionate about anything you can write about in that blog, your personal life memorable moments, your stories, daily activities or everything else.

2) A blog platform
After, decide a topic for your blog, you need to create your blog, for which you need a blogging platform. There are lots of blogging platforms are available now days some are free, some are paid, some are free but has some limitations.
As per my experiences I suggest you 2 platforms
i) Blogger
ii) Wordpress
but I suggest you Blogger to use as your blog platform, its free, its customizable, you can monetize it, you can use plugins easily in it.

3) Decide a domain name (Optional)
Decide and purchase a domain name for your blog. This is an optional point, you need a domain name only when you want to monetize your blog, you can still monetize your blog without a domain name, but you have to give some share to hosted platform. So get total control over your blog its necessary to get a domain name for your blog.
There are few reliable hosting companies, so if wish to add a domain name to your blog , check out for services and support for that hosting company with its reputation.
Now you are ready to write your first post for your blog.
